Big opening day today.

NYCB opens its winter season.

Impeachment trial opens in DC.

Counsels for NYCB, SAB, Finlay, Ramasar, Catazaro, and Longhitano finally get to argue in court their motions to dismiss the Waterbury suit.

    I’ll share as I find the news. It’s doubtful that the judge will issue a decision from the bench today. We probably have considerably more waiting to do.
