I’m crossing my fingers for you Haglund, but if wishing doesn’t make it so, I hope you don’t mind if I gloat in this ONE instance. 🙂

If you gloat, we’ll wish upon you many, many future seasons of Kings of Dance and Reflections.

I’m already resigned to that being my fate, unfortunately.

I’m really, really looking forward to the Giselle that RNZB is bringing to the Dot.

Hi Henry. Stiefel has really given a boost to the profile of this little company which was well on its way upward when he arrived. In the past year or two the company has had a new full length Sleeping Beauty and Giselle, a new feature film, new rep works, and now an international tour to the U.S. – which hopefully will include NYC. Their popular reality TV series in NZ was the template or inspiration for some of the shows that we are now seeing in the U.S. and will soon see.
Let me know if you hear any rumors about ABT’s Le Corsaire casting out there this summer — other than possibly getting stuck with Vasiliev for 3 out of the 4 performances. Here’s hoping you don’t have to look at him in white tights.
