This is Gulnare's new tutu for Act III. Haglund got to see Sarah Lane waltz this baby around in D.C., and it looks spectacular, possibly the best of the new costumes:
Here is Medora's new Act III tutu. Although it was quite beautiful on the Kennedy Center stage, it was somewhat eclipsed by Gulnare's costume:
